It's one of my most favourite times of the year in England. The seasons here are so distinct and noticeable; unlike in sunny? (well, quite a lot of the time) South Africa, where the seasons kind of blend into one another - still gorgeous just not so noticeable.

Walking in the park during my lunch break at work last week (trying to get my daily dose of Vitamin D from the shy sun - did you know that a lack of Sunshine and Vitamin D are contributors to a lot of illnesses as well SAD Syndrome and depression ), avoiding swirling formations of leaves that the wind was tossing about, it all suddenly reminded me of "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" ... and Piglet too ... I used to read A A Milne to my children when they were little.
